The primary Olesere School is situated in the Rift Valley (Kenya), in the remote area of the Masai Mara. The present school headmaster Irene Yiele is in charge since January 2014. From the very beginning, she saw that it was necessary to build several bedrooms for the students. The school has 459 enrolled students, 62 (39 boys and 23 girls) of them sleeping there due to the long and dangerous distances they have to walk from their homes. These students were sleeping on matrasses laid out on the floor of the college classrooms.

Cover a basic need, the need to sleep in minimum conditions of healthiness and also promoting the gender equality.
